By accessing and using DigiCreators ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Vts Technologies Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Sellers and creators on DigiCreators operate as independent contractors, not employees. This applies globally regardless of jurisdiction.
Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- Income tax on commissions and earnings
- VAT/GST where applicable (EU, UK, AU, etc.)
- Social contributions and self-employment taxes
- Local business registration fees
Permitted Use
- Create and manage projects
- Connect with creators and clients
- Access our services and tools
- Communicate through our messaging system
Prohibited Activities
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Platform Fees
DigiCreators charges a platform fee on transactions. Current fee schedules are available on our pricing pages and may be updated with notice.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For disputes, we encourage users to work through our resolution process first.
Currency and Taxes
Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
Platform Content
DigiCreators and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Project Work
IP rights for project deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Creator Services
DigiCreators acts as a platform connecting clients and creators. We do not guarantee the quality or timeliness of work performed by independent creators.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiCreators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Internal Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through our internal mediation process first.
Arbitration
For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, binding arbitration may be required.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DigiCreators is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users through email and platform notices.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
